Not quite as good as Pollo Rico or Regio, but still pretty solid. Good green and red sauces, really nice flour tortillas (the same kind as they have at Taco Palenque and Palenque Grill) and passable rice and beans. The meat was seasoned well with a good char but the white meat was a bit dry. Good service though and a clean space.

Pollo Palenque is owned by same company as Taco Palenque and Palenque grill. The difference is that here, everything you order is with chicken. They do not have fajita, bistek, etc… Only chicken. That is a good thing!
Their food is great, and healthy! I go almost every day for lunch. I get the combo #3 (which is a chicken breast and wing). This comes with 2 sides (I get a bowl of vegetables – they give you a really good amount, and corn on the cob), and a drink. All of this for under $7. You cant go wrong!
The two burrito combo is well worth the money! It is only a little more than the two taco combo, but you will only be able to eat one burrito! So theres a free one for a snack or dinner later! lol
The chicken is grilled right there, and you can see it all from behind the glass to the kitchen. No mystery meat here! The spices they use are great. The salsa bar is the same as Taco Palenque essentially, as are the free chips.
This location is near Golds Gym and Kobe on the expressway 83 frontage in Sharyland. The location is always clean, is nice, and is 2 levels so there is plenty of seating. There is a drive thru as well. PRICES ARE BETTER THAN AT TACO PALENQUE. The chicken quesadillas are the BEST I’ve ever had!

Best chicken place to eat pollo loco style food..um dont come to eat white meat here its about the dark meat best salsas in town second only to their flagship taco palenque. So if u great dark meat tacos this is the place its grilled stupid ofcourse white meat is gonna be dry .try the palenque bowls very good and u won’t be all messy. Best grilled chicken.in town …come for the dark meat if you want white go to one of the many bland wingplaces where they deep fry ur white meat ….
